CROSSROAD
Sometimes in life you come to a crossroad with many different paths to take. You wonder where to go.
When I met Pierre for the first time in April 2019 I think he was at this kind of crossroad, trying to figure out which way to go. One path led to route setting and when he decided to go for that one I accompanied him on his way.
It was the same kind of doubts I had had when I decided to quit the safety of being a teacher for becoming kind of full time route setter, a job that offers little visibilty. I was lucky enough that some people gave me opportunities to try out my new passion and now I am in a position where I can give opportunities back to others. As I did with Pierre.
And as it always happens in a mentor-mentee kind of relationship, we both grew from it. This website is the result of us working together. I could never have created a website with route setting resources alone. I am pretty proud of what we achieved together.
